We have several here who LIVE on the verge of hysteria despite our attempts to keep them calm and assure them the practice and use of training will help them.  I think it's more all the craziness and upheaval than fear over Word, but it does add to their concerns.  Is there a way to RE-ARRANGE the exam so it does not look like the same test?
